One day he was playing in the living rooming and then came into the kitchen with his magnet toys in the shape of an "X". He kept saying "eh-shhhh me, eh-shhhh me". It took a little while for us to realize that he made the letter "X" and was trying to tell us that it was HIS letter. Later we realized, after Emily talked to his pre-school teacher, that they were working with the kids on recognizing their names during class. And Xiao Yu was certainly recognizing his letter!
